FRUIT CAKE

How to NOT make

First you'll need kitchen utensils. ; You know, those things only your Mom knows about. -> Misogyny not intended.

Then you'll probably need fruit. ; Oranges, Bananas, Apples, Pears, uh... ; Coconuts? Sure, it's a fruit. Tomatoes too, pour them right in.

Hm, I believe Peas and Beans are seeds... ; But what the heck! ; They're Vegetables after all! Just add all that shit!

Then you stir it all. Yes, stirred, not shaken. ; After you've stirred, verify it's consistency with a spoon (it has to be very soft) and put it in the oven for about, hmmm... 5 minutes to warm up, 10 to cook, something like that.

Then clean yourself (and the kitchen too), invite friends and set the table.

Finally, Have a Party! I'm sure it's SUPER!

E... todo feito de forma digital. É um manual de instruções. A ideia original era fazer uma série chamada Mr. Goodwill, que seria um Cavalheiro que em situações de vida e morte, ele torna-se no ser mais irascível de sempre; instruções de sobrevivência.
Mas era demasiado grande, por isso alterei para algo mais espontâneo. Daí o manual de como NÃO fazer um bolo de fruta, com uma convidada especial.
Mr. Goodwill será feito no futuro, pois claro.

And... all made digitally. It's an instruction manual. The original idea was to make a series called Mr. Goodwill, who's a Gentleman, that in situations on life and death, he turns into the most irascible being ever; survival instructions.
But it was too big, so I altered it so something more spontaneous. Hence, the manual on how to NOT do a fruitcake, with a special guest.
Mr. Goodwill will be made in the future, of course.

1º Trabalho \ 1st Work

Bem, na verdade é o 2º, o primeiro era a criação do Blog em si e das respectivas imagens para ele (Cabeçalho e Introdução), mas irei numerar assim.
Neste tínhamos de desenvolver um esboço de 4 vinhetas na qual terminaria com uma "punchline" (com ou sem piada). E fiz umas quantas, e a final, a que adoptei para apresentar e "terminar"... bem, desgosto bastante; prefiro o esboço dela. Por muito.

Well, actually it's the 2nd, the first was the creation of the blog itself and it's respective images (Header and Introduction), but I'll number it like so.
In this one we had to develop a scrap of 4 frames in which it would end in a punchline (funny or not). And I did several, and the final one, the one I adopted to "finish"... well, I dislike it a lot; I prefer her scrap. By a lot.

Para além das nossas ideias, também nos foram dados poemas. Este é de "Diário de Um Louco" - Nikolai Gogól, na qual eu surgi com isto.

Right side one: Hello! You're probably thinking why am I falling. But it doesn't matter! This is a dream, and as soon as I touch the ground, I'll wake up! ; ... ; Are you sure you're falling?

I warn you! You better no lay a finger on her or else... ; Or else what? ; You don-  No, no I don't ; Although it's not a finger I'll put on her.

 E como nem todos tinham de ter "piada", diverti-me a variar um pouco, usando aqui uma personagem, que é um Malamute do Alasca e não um Husky.

Já agora, o de baixo é diferente (obviamente).

And since not all had to be "funny", I had fun varying a little, using here a character, that's an Alaskan Malamute and not a Husky.

Also, the bottom one is different (obviously) and says "Ye'old Well of Wishes".
